Challenges on diversity\u00a0matter to higher education\u00a0institutions.\u00a0These schools should\u00a0increase\u00a0academic mobility and\u00a0students\u2019\u00a0heterogeneity.\u00a0\u00a0I came to\u00a0Laurea\u00a0to study in\u00a0a\u00a0pursuit of\u00a0enhancing my\u00a0career path in social and health care, with both excitement and agitation. I was excited to encounter different people with diverse cultures and views, yet agitated, because of\u00a0a\u00a0fear of\u00a0not being able to integrate and succeed in a foreign institution.
