The survey also served as an initial needs assessment guiding the development of the other outputs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/enhanceidm.eu\/wordpress\/output\/multi-media-resources-on-idm-scenarios-in-higher-education\/\">Multi-media resources on IDM scenarios in higher education<\/a>, dealing, for example, with situations like violence on campus, holding fair admission interviews or students with dyslexia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A <a href=\"http:\/\/enhanceidm.eu\/wordpress\/output\/blended-learning-training-on-idm-for-programme-leaders\/\">Blended-Learning Training on IDM for programme leaders<\/a> focussing on awareness raising as well as the development of concrete measures to be applied in study programmes consisting of a workshop (face-to-face meeting) and an e-learning component.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A freely accessible\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/idmtoolbox.eu\/\">IDM-Toolbox<\/a> providing further practical methods and tools.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>An <a href=\"http:\/\/enhanceidm.eu\/wordpress\/output\/online-self-assessment\/\">online self-assessment<\/a> measuring one\u2019s own awareness, general attitudes and competences\/skills in dealing with student diversity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]In the course of the project five intellectual outputs will be generated: A\u00a0survey on programme leaders&#8217; attitudes, needs and competences towards inclusion and diversity mangement and their approaches and methods currently used in their study programmes.
